Framing the Garden

My dad came in to town today and I thought I would put him to work. We created a frame for our garden to get rid of the slope and to make it look sharp and clean. Doesn't look too pretty here but, it's gonna be so sweet. Next week fertilizer and the final till before beginning to plant.

Our Dirt!

We received our plot on April 26. 200 square feet in the middle of Magnuson Park in the community P-Patch. Lucky us it even came with 200 square feet of weeds. After a lot of sweat and advice from our neighbor chuck about how to use a tiller this is what it looks like; beautiful beautiful organic dirt, but it's our organic dirt.
